Who is responsible

The contact form

When you send the contact form I receive the details you type in: name, email, and optionally your phone number, event date, location and message. I use them only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your photography. The form is delivered through Formspree, which processes the submission on my behalf.

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them, to fulfil a booking, and to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping. You can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It is off by default: it only loads if you press “Accept” in the cookie notice, and nothing is sent to Google Analytics before that. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Fonts are hosted on this site. The phone-number field on the contact page loads a small script from the jsDelivr CDN, and the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, so those providers may see your IP address when you load a page, as with any website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, ask me to limit how I use it, and object to its use. Email me and I will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Photographs

All photographs on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of couples are published with their consent.
